The Committee is planning for Cruisin’ on Main 2012. Third Saturday, May - Sept, 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Awards presented for club participation and longest distance. Dash plaques and gift bags to the first 100 thru the gate in May. Door prizes and great food await. The features of the month are:

Great day at Cruisin on Main! Lots of trucks and great representation from the Laurel Co Sheriffs Office, London City Police, KY State Police and East Bernstadt Fire Dept. A special ceremony was held for Curtis Barger honoring his military.
August is Corvette Month. Don’t forget to bring your club out for a chance to win the Club Participation Award. Longest distance award will also be given to the person that traveled the greatest distance to the show.
Neither Rain, Nor Gloom of Night shall frighten the Mustangs!

. A special thanks to those who traveled from as far away as Lawrenceburg and Pikeville, Kentucky to the June show. We are currently planning the Truck and Hero’s show for July 16th. More details as they are made available.
Cruisin’ on Main started the 2011 season very strongly with 173 cars through the gate. Mopar was the featured car in May and was well represe
nted as they filled the court house square.
We are looking forward to June and Mustang Month. If you own or just love the Mustang, you will want to be at Cruisin’ on Main June 18th!

As the July show wrapped up many of the cruisers had questions about the special entertainment for August.The Oscar Mayer Weinermobile will be displayed at Cruisin on Main August 21st.
Easily the most famous of all product-shaped promotional vehicles, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile has a history dating back more than a half a century. Can you guess what the driving team is called (what else) “Hotdoggers”.
Grab your camera and bring kids to meet the “Hotdoggers” and take a closer look at one of the most unique vehicles ever designed.
June was Corvette month as many car enthusiasts participated in Cruisin’ on Main. Lake Cumberland Corvette Club along with many local Corvette owners displayed their cars on main. A 1963 split window pro modified race car was featured and the favorite as it was started for all of London to hear its horsepower.
Vendors and entertainment included Diecast Models, Game Truck, Windstream Truck and South East KY Cruisers Car Club.
